​At Surviving & Thriving Inc., we understand the importance of emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing for survivors of domestic violence. To ensure ongoing support and community connection, we proudly offer our Survivors’ Monthly Wellbeing Check-In.

What is the Survivors’ Check-In?

Our monthly check-in is a safe and supportive space where survivors can connect, share their experiences, and receive valuable resources. These sessions are designed to provide:

  • Emotional Support: A nurturing environment where you can share your journey and find encouragement.

  • Mental Health Resources: Tools and strategies to help you cope, heal, and thrive.

  • Community Connection: Build relationships with others who understand and support your journey.

What to Expect

Each session is tailored to meet the needs of our community and may include:

  • Guided discussions led by trained facilitators

  • Expert speakers on topics like stress management, self-care, and resilience

  • Wellness activities such as mindfulness exercises or journaling

  • Updates on available resources and programs

Why Join?

Our Survivors’ Check-In is held monthly and is open to all survivors. Sessions are hosted virtually so you can join from the comfort of your home.
